Supporting our sales and auction teams day-to-day to deliver an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for coordinating all print and webstore orders and championing our print shop. You'll assist the Auctioneers in maintaining files and campaign results. Working alongside the auction team, you'll play a vital role in preparing and delivering our auction properties, immersing yourself in all the excitement firsthand. Key Purpose:

As the Auction/Webstore/Print Coordinator at Monarch, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Directors and Auctioneer in seamlessly coordinating our auction, webstore orders, and print requirements. Your responsibilities will span various tasks, ensuring superior quality control and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily auction and print support.
  • Collaborate with the auctioneers and auction team to enhance the auction room experience.
  • Coordinate webstore orders to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Champion the print shop operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent quality control.
  • Maintain and update auction documentation and files.
  • Operate and update Auction software.
  • Process webstore orders promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Previous coordination or administration experience in Real Estate is advantageous but not required.
  • Prior work experience with Shopify would be a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Suite.
  • Local area knowledge is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure with keen attention to detail.

  • LinkedIn: Share compelling content, cultivate connections, and monitor and moderate content to maintain a positive presence.
  • Videos & Reels: Produce high-quality videos and reels content to showcase our brand and add vibrancy to our profile.
