Chris shares the Harcourts value, that there is never a right time to do the wrong thing. She has a background in property management and administration in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors.
Chris has a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate to achieve positive outcomes for her clients. Her primary aim is to work with her clients to achieve their property goals. “Success in real estate comes through good communication, the basis of which is listening to and understanding your client and tailoring with them the solution for their particular situation.”
Chris has a calm and positive manner which will be a comfort to have at your side throughout what can be a stressful time for clients during the buying and selling process. She brings a dedicated work ethic and clear and sincere communication to all her transactions.
A percentage of all Harcourts sales make up the Harcourts Foundation, which in turn supports numerous community groups with grants. In addition, Chris personally contributes to the community via her service to the Hamilton Volunteer Fire Brigade.
