Prior to her
career in real estate, Yvenna was an entrepreneur, successfully

Chinese communities. Originally from Shanghai, Yvenna moved to Hamilton
to study a Bachelor of Management Studies at Waikato University and
soon fell in love with NZ, moving here permanently. Yvenna considers the
love and support of her husband and children a crucial balance to her
active real estate lifestyle.

Waikato-local Craig also earned his
degree at Waikato University, completing a Bachelor of Communication
Studies majoring in marketing and human resource management. His
intimate local knowledge of Hamilton’s suburbs, communities, homes and
people mean Craig is always up-to-play with the market. Craig
contributes a large part of his success to his strongest skill: his
ability to connect with a wide range of people.
