Manoj relocated to New Zealand back in 2015 and pursued his education at Otago Polytechnic, successfully attaining a Diploma in Applied Management. Prior to this, he accumulated seven years of managerial experience within the Hospitality sector, having held roles across Auckland, Dunedin, Whangarei, and Hamilton.
Having amassed over two years of service at RSA Ngaruawhaia, Manoj has fostered strong connections with the local community and fellow Ngaruawhaia RSA members. This deep-rooted rapport played a pivotal role in his decision to join the Ngaruawhaia branch of Harcourts. His journey into the real estate realm commenced with the acquisition of his Real Estate license in March 2023, marking his official entry into the field as a sales consultant under the Harcourts banner.
Presently an integral part of Harcourts Ngaruawhaia, Manoj's sights are set on cultivating a fulfilling career in the Real Estate domain. Driven by a longstanding passion for this industry, he eagerly embraces the opportunity to translate his aspirations into reality on an individual level.
