Very happy with Scott and the service he provides. I am constantly on the lookout for properties to add to my portfolio; Scott and I have worked together for the last two years. He has made all efforts in understanding what I am looking for in property, and I have found him very good at matching properties to my brief. Scott’s local commercial building knowledge is very helpful.
He is not pushy in his dealings with me, doesn’t send too much information but also doesn’t send me too little information. When I reject a property, he doesn’t continue to pursue it but moves on to the next one. He is patient but tenacious and keeps me informed of any new properties he thinks may peak my interest and follows up any queries I may have with diligence and enthusiasm.
We recently had the experience together of leasing one of my buildings to a major national tenant with very specific requirements for their fit out. Time frames were tight and work to be completed was substantial and costly to my mind. Scott kept things moving and kept both myself and the prospective Tenant fully updated with changes required to work scopes, and smoothed the way when things looked to be getting too tough.
Now we are out the other side, work is completed and the Tenant is undertaking their fitout. The process to this point has taken about seven months but I am sure the value in having Scott negotiate the deal is a major national tenant in place long term.
I find Scott a very genuine person and his trust worthy fairness of treating people is highly commendable. I would be extremely happy to recommend him at any time.

Scott Sander of NAI Harcourts has recently been involved as the sales agent for the sale of my property in Frankton, Hamilton. Scott has been a straight forward person to deal with. He was always on time to meetings, from our first introduction when he pitched for the work, until after completion of the sale to finalise other bits and bobs not necessarily directly relating to the sale of the property.
Scott came across as extremely honest and definitely went out of his way to help facilitate the sale. He proved to have very good problem-solving skills enabling me to sell extras pieces of plant and storage boxes I needed to move in order to empty out the building by settlement date. Mr Scott Sander of NAI Harcourts concluded the sale our commercial property in Hamilton, and we are very grateful to him for all that he achieved for us.
Thanks to Scott’s untiring efforts, we managed to finalise a sale with a settlement date that was just one month after our tenants vacated the building.
In many ways, Scott went the “extra mile” in order to finalise the deal. He gave encouraging and useful constructive advice to the purchasers in regard to modifying the building for their requirements. He also guided both parties through the problem of fulfilling an important unresolved condition of the sale.

We needed to find a tenant for our retail space in Frankton. Scott from first contact was friendly and approachable. He was always available whether by phone or on site to sort out the nitty gritty and was committed to getting the right tenant on the right terms for us. Scott has great local knowledge of what's going on in the market place. He was even able to think laterally to come up with a solution to a lack of carparks that came with our building.
